Ain Hamran is considered one of the most beautiful springs in the Wilayat of Taqah. It is located in the Hamran Plain, west of the Wilayat of Taqah, and is about 16 kilometers away from the center of the Wilayat of Salalah. Many of its visitors cut tree branches to cook their food under the shade of the trees to spend a beautiful day in the middle of a forest of trees.
It is one of the springs of water with lush shade, dotted with many different trees, such as doum trees, hookah trees, and figs. It is frequented by visitors throughout the year, especially in the fall and at the end of every week, where visitors bathe and the livestock and surrounding agriculture are watered from it.
The water level is considered good in Ain Hamran, as it was used in the past for agriculture spread throughout the Hamran Plain, and according to the accounts of many residents of that region, many farms of corn, sugar cane, sweet potatoes, and many other agricultural products were based on that water. Ain Hamran, as many describe it, lacks the necessary services such as restaurants, cafes, wide sidewalks on the sides of the eye, and stairs leading to the cave.
